1. Acceptance

By accessing, registering on, browsing or purchasing through MIRJU, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and other policies displayed on the platform. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Definitions

“MIRJU”, “Platform”, “we”, “us” means the marketplace operated by Mirju Pvt. Ltd..

“Seller” means an independent seller, brand, manufacturer, farmer, artisan or other business listing products on MIRJU.

“Buyer” or “Customer” means a person purchasing or attempting to purchase products through MIRJU.

“Product” means goods offered by Sellers through the Platform.

“Order” means a purchase request placed by a Buyer through the Platform.

4. Eligibility & Account

You must provide accurate information, maintain account confidentiality and promptly update inaccurate information. MIRJU may refuse, suspend or terminate an account where permitted by law for fraud, abuse, policy violation, security risk or other legitimate reasons.

5. Product Information & Pricing

Sellers must provide accurate product information and applicable statutory declarations. Prices, taxes, discounts, shipping charges and availability may change. A displayed price does not create a binding obligation until the order is accepted/confirmed under the Platform workflow.

6. Orders & Payment

Orders may be accepted, rejected or cancelled for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery restrictions or Seller non-fulfilment. Payments are processed through supported payment methods and providers.

7. Shipping, Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

The applicable Shipping, Cancellation and Return & Refund Policies form part of these Terms. Product/category-specific rules may apply, including exclusions for perishable, hygiene-sensitive, customised or otherwise restricted products.

8. Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine customer experience. Fake, paid-without-disclosure, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, misleading or manipulated reviews are prohibited. MIRJU may moderate content in accordance with its policies and applicable law.

Manipulating ratings, prices or orders

Uploading unlawful, infringing or counterfeit content

Circumventing Platform security or payment controls

Using the Platform for unlawful or prohibited products/transactions

To the extent permitted by law, a party responsible for unlawful content, fraud, infringement or breach of these Terms shall indemnify the other party against resulting third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs attributable to that breach.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer remedies and applicable jurisdiction rules, disputes shall be subject to the courts/tribunals having jurisdiction at Delhi, India.
