MIRJU विक्रेताओं की जानकारी सिर्फ़ अकाउंट चलाने, KYC, भुगतान और कानूनी ज़रूरतों के लिए इकट्ठा करता है, और इसे बेचता नहीं है। यह नीति Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 और IT Act, 2000 को ध्यान में रखकर बनाई गई है।

जानकारी किसके साथ साझा होती है
- पेमेंट गेटवे और बैंक (जैसे Razorpay) — भुगतान के लिए।
- कूरियर/लॉजिस्टिक्स पार्टनर — पिकअप पता और फ़ोन।
- ग्राहक — स्टोर का नाम, व्यावसायिक पता और शिकायत संपर्क (E-Commerce Rules के तहत ज़रूरी)। विक्रेता का निजी मोबाइल/ईमेल नहीं।
- सरकारी एजेंसियाँ — कानूनी आदेश या टैक्स फाइलिंग (TCS/TDS) के लिए।
- होस्टिंग, ईमेल/SMS सेवा देने वाले भरोसेमंद सर्विस प्रोवाइडर — सिर्फ़ सेवा चलाने तक।
सुरक्षा
हर विक्रेता सिर्फ़ अपना डेटा देख सकता है (role-based access)। HTTPS, सर्वर-साइड अनुमति जाँच, और KYC/बैंक डेटा तक सीमित स्टाफ़ की पहुँच।
डेटा कितने समय रखते हैं
अकाउंट चालू रहने तक; बंद होने के बाद टैक्स/लेखा कानून के अनुसार 8 वर्ष तक ज़रूरी रिकॉर्ड, बाकी डेटा हटा दिया जाएगा।
आपके अधिकार
अपनी जानकारी देखना, सुधारना, सहमति वापस लेना और अकाउंट बंद करके डेटा हटवाना (कानूनी रिकॉर्ड छोड़कर)। अनुरोध: support@mirju.com।

MIRJU collects seller information only to run the account, complete KYC, make payments and meet legal requirements, and does not sell it. This policy is written with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the IT Act, 2000 in mind.
What information we collect

Who we share information with
- Payment gateways and banks (e.g. Razorpay) — for payments.
- Courier/logistics partners — pickup address and phone.
- Customers — store name, business address and grievance contact (required under the E-Commerce Rules). Not the seller’s personal mobile/email.
- Government agencies — for legal orders or tax filings (TCS/TDS).
- Trusted service providers for hosting, email/SMS — only to run the service.
Security
Each seller can see only their own data (role-based access). HTTPS, server-side permission checks, and limited staff access to KYC/bank data.
How long we keep data
While the account is active; after closure, required records are kept for up to 8 years under tax/accounting law and the rest is deleted.
Your rights
You can view and correct your information, withdraw consent, and close your account to have your data deleted (except legal records). Requests: support@mirju.com.
