1. Information We Collect
Mirju Pvt. Ltd. collects information necessary to deliver multi-vendor e-commerce services, including:
- Identity & Contact Details: Name, shipping address, billing address, phone number, email ID.
- KYC Data (for Sellers): Aadhaar, PAN, GSTIN, business registration proof, bank account information.
- Transactional Details: Order history, payment timestamps, IP address, device telemetry.
Note: Mirju does not store raw credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs; all transactions are tokenized and processed via RBI-authorized payment gateways.
2. Purpose of Data Processing
Data is collected exclusively to:
- Process orders, facilitate deliveries, and process 7-day returns/refunds.
- Verify merchant credentials and disburse weekly seller payouts.
- Prevent fraudulent transactions and satisfy mandatory tax and accounting audits under Indian law.
3. Third-Party Data Sharing
We share limited operational data solely with:
- Integrated third-party logistics/courier partners for product delivery.
- Payment gateway providers (2% standard transaction gateway fee handling).
- Government, law enforcement, or statutory agencies strictly upon lawful summons or notices.
4. Data Rights & Grievance Redressal
